THE ADVENTURES OF LAURAEVA AND LYDIA. Version 1.1 :D
Went ECP-ing today with Stefanie, Victoria, Lauraeva, Maryanne and Precious. If you are thinking that precious is a weird name, don't panic. For he is a dog. What were we doing in ECP with a dog you may ask. Then direct that question at Victoria. :D Those two are inseparable. Anyway BACK TO THE ADVENTURES OF LAURAEVA&LYDIA. Set off on our journey at Bedok interchange after the strange aura of miss stefanie filled the busstop. Reached ECP at about 9.30 & played at the beach. Actually no there wasn't much of a beach cos it was high tide and i trailed off to explain the land and sea breeze while playing frisbee and maryanne interuppted me to say that exams were over. Couldn't figure out a retort, and when all else fails, say "Shaadup". Seems to work, really.
Then, if my memory does not fail me, we attempted to play volleyball and ended up hitting the ball in all possible directions except the right one. And we went on to explain how one can actually do a 360 degree turn with a netball. Sadstuff.
Breakfast was next for the hungry travellers (somehow this word reminds me alot of lopz. i wonder why) so we set off for macs. where we COINCIDENTALLY bumped into belle and her. seeeniors =D And me and maryanne somehow kept needing to get sugar from inside macs because we needed to stay outside for precious. ((: Shared a breakfast with miss lauraeva and somehow ended up eating peppery pancakes and sweet bread&sausages. How did that happen? Once again do not direct that question to me.
After breakfast, we went back to the beach where there actually was A BEACH. And put down our stuff. Went to the sea and a familiar strange aura filled the sandy beach. Alas, it was stefanie creeping behind with her newfound, dangerous weapon.
A Sandball.
Throwing it at my leg, she ran off, screaming because i picked one up and ran over to her. Not creep, but run. When i got to her, due to my poor aiming, i missed. How sad. But i did hit my companion, Lauraeva, afterwards. Luckily she kept her deal and did not push anyone (or drown anyone) in the water. Stefanie then layed out her towel and we sat there and chilled with music while stef was busy making her sandcastle where everybody lived underground so she didnt need to fashion any houses. Nice one. Well everything worked out fine, except that we. Nono actually I forgot that water would be absorbed by the sand. So our plan for a swimming pool could not be carried out. Don't blame me k. Blame the contractors.
*KHP*, and i realise its hard to balance with your arms and legs in the air without kicking sand into someones face.
ACTUALLY. The fun hasn't begun. The real lauraeva&lydia adventures haven't started yet. They only began after me, laura and maryanne left ECP and started trekking to Far east plaza. (: It seems like Lauraeva and Lydia cannot be stuck on the same mrt alone, for they will totally lose their sense of direction. oh whoops. They didn't have any in the first place. But heck, we still got lost (: instead of ending up at bedok, we were at Buona Vista. Just how we managed it? Ask me, but i dont neccesarily have an answer. But i think asking Lauraeva won't make much of a difference (:
Lessons we learnt:
1) Never leave Lauraeva and Lydia alone in..anywhere without adult supervision lest anything bad happens to any of them. Or they end up fighting and pushing each other over.
2) Don't let a lauraeva and a lydia loose on a train for they will laugh like maniacs and start exchanging shoes even though they already have difficulty standing straight in an MRT.
3) Don't talk about boys behind their backs.
4) Don't laugh about boys behind their backs.
5) ACSI is better than stpats.
6) Who cares anyway.
7) Don't let Maryanne be a guide for ANY tour. For she is as lost or perhaps even more lost than you.
8) Lauraeva has to buy her own milkshake.
9) Redhill MRT is ironically painted purple instead of red.
10) Let Lauraeva and Lydia think that selling " The Adventures of Lauraeva&Lydia" will bring in more money than studying and getting a stable job later in life. Sticking to lopez and monster would be a wise choice, unfortunately.
